this is a wholesale website with a minimum order of £50( exc postage) choose your selection by clicking on the add to basket if you wish to amend or remove items you can do this on the shopping basket page
payment methods pay using your paypal account if you do not have a paypal account you do not need to open a paypal account to pay using this method to pay with a credit or debit card all you need to do is complete your payment and address details at the checkout cheques.postal orders and bank transfers are also accepeted as a form of payment goods paid for by cheque will not be dispatched untill cheque has cleared 3/4 working days

if an item is priced incorrectly we reserve the right not to supply the item at said price the normal price will be appiled

all the prices on the site inc 17.5 % vat and vat invoices are sent with all orders
damaged goods
5 starbody jewellery will accept returns on damaged items as long as 5 star is imformed within 7 days of delivery and a replacement will be sent
delivery
all jewellery orders are posted special delivery which is a next day royal mail special delivery service( mon-friday) guaranteed delivery by 1pm display orders are posted first class recorded delivery
free special delivery on all orders over £150
non- delivery
if an order is lost in the post the order will be resent once the royal mail have investigated the claim
